THE LAB is a training studio built on a defined method. Sessions are coach-led, run in small groups, and structured around strength and movement quality. Training follows a planned program with clear progression. This is for people who want consistency, coaching, and long-term development.

Each class has a specific focus. Training is structured into clear categories so you can build strength, capacity, and movement quality over time.

  • Upper body strength with control and progression.

    Sessions focus on compound lifts and accessory work to build stability, coordination, and balanced strength. Programming is progressive and designed for long-term development.

  • Lower body strength, power, and stability.

    Training is built around strong mechanics, efficient movement patterns, and progressive loading. The goal is strength that transfers to both training and everyday movement.

  • Full body strength with a structured approach.

    Sessions combine compound lifts and supporting work to build strength, control, and resilience. Programming is progressive and designed to improve performance over time.

  • Core strength and movement control.

    Sessions focus on stability, bracing, rotation, and anti-rotation work to support strength training and reduce injury risk. Designed to improve control through the entire body.

  • Conditioning focused on capacity and work tolerance.

    Sessions use structured intervals and varied movement patterns while maintaining technical standards. Intensity is managed so you can train consistently and recover well.

  • Hybrid strength and conditioning.

    Sessions combine erg work, strength training, and core development in one structured format. Built to improve capacity, control, and overall fitness.

  • Mobility, stability, and joint health.

    Sessions focus on a range of motion, control, and breathing techniques to support recovery and reduce injury risk. Designed to complement all other training at THE LAB.
